Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who killed a father of two in Canoga Park on Friday.

41-year-old Marcus Caldwell was walking across De Soto Ave. near Gresham St. around 5:15 p.m. on Friday when a silver sedan fatally struck him. The driver never stopped.
Caldwell was the father of two children, ages nine and 13.
“Detectives are asking if anybody was in the area, because it's an area that's heavily trafficked, if they saw anything, if their vehicles recorded anything, please call Valley traffic detectives,” LAPD Officer Norma Eisenman told KNX News’ Emily Valdez.
