HOLLYWOOD (CNS) - A Porsche was stolen at gunpoint Monday in Hollywood, prompting a police investigation to find three perpetrators.

Officers responded to the 6000 block of Franklin Avenue around 2 p.m. to a report regarding an armed vehicle theft, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

A preliminary investigation revealed that a gray Porshe with California license plate 9CNR725 was approached at gunpoint before three suspects fled the scene in the stolen vehicle and also in a dark-blue Tesla, police said.

Detectives described one of the suspects as wearing a dark gray hoodie and armed with a dark-colored handgun.

The second suspect was last seen wearing a light gray hoodie, while there was no description of the third suspect.

All three suspects were last seen heading westbound on Franklin Avenue, police said.

The grand theft robbery remains under investigation. No further information was immediately available.
