Wilbur, the pig seen running through the streets of West Hollywood, has quite the new owner.
Legendary songwriter Diane Warren adopted the beloved pig, who now lives at Warren’s animal sanctuary in Malibu. Warren told KNX News’ Alex Silverman that her friend runs the sanctuary and went to bid for Wilbur at the silent auction held by the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter.
“I lose Oscars, but I won a pig,” she joked.
Warren said she’s named the pig "Wilbur Hollywood" since she already has a pig named Wilbur.
“He’s really cute,” she said.
Warren urged others to consider visiting a shelter and adopting a pet.
