A Jack in the Box employee was stabbed early Tuesday morning, police said.
It happened around 2:20 a.m. in the 6800 block of De Soto Avenue, according to multiple reports.
The employee was outside the fast food restaurant when a man approached the employee and demanded to go inside, City News Service reported.
When the employee told him he couldn’t, the man stabbed him and ran away.
The employee was hospitalized and is expected to survive.
The suspect was described as wearing black shots, white and black shoes, and carrying a large backpack, police told KTLA.
