PALMDALE (CNS) - Authorities sought the public's help Tuesday to find a 15-year-old boy last seen in Palmdale.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Byron Jesus Cruz, who also goes by Bean, was last seen in the 1500 block of East Avenue Q- 13 around 11 p.m. Monday.

Deputies described Cruz as a 5-foot-4-inch Hispanic boy weighing 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He also has orthodontic braces.

Sheriff's officials said Cruz was last seen wearing a black beanie, a black Champion sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black Converse shoes.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts was urged to contact the Sheriff's Palmdale Detective Bureau at 661-272-2400. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
