The program, which launched on Dec. 12, 2023, was created to “provide direct financial assistance to landlords to help them mitigate the detrimental economic impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic,” according to the application’s website.
The grants can be used to cover expenses from April 2022 to the present.
For additional assistance, applicants can call 877- 849-0770 from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
