**L.A. man charged in series taco vendor robberies**
Authorities are investigating a string of armed robberies that happened at six taco truck stands located within the Hollywood, Rampart, Northeast, and Central Divisions.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crimes occurred between 9:40 PM and 11:30 PM Wednesday, carried out by two to four suspects described as men in their mid-20s - early 30s wearing dark clothing.
"During each incident, the suspects approached the victims, displayed a handgun, demanded money, and made their escape in a white sedan," police said.
It was not known if the suspects were involved in other recent similar crimes.
The locations targeted were:
Hollywood Division:
5900 block of Santa Monica Boulevard
6200 block of Hollywood Boulevard
Rampart Division:
300 block of South Bixel Avenue
600 block of South Union Avenue
Northeast Division:
1500 block of N. Alvarado Boulevard
