The LAPD is investigating a horrific hit-and-run crash.
It happened last Sunday just before 10 p.m. in the South LA area at 61st Street and Broadway.

Surveillance video images released by the LAPD show the terrifying moment a pedestrian was hit by a female driver of a beige coupe while the man was crossing Broadway against the "Don't Walk" signal.
Detective Juan Campos tells KNX the suspect is believed to be a heavy-set woman between the ages of 30 and 40.
The driver also had a male passenger in the car when the crash happened.
Neither the suspect or the passenger stopped to help the victim who is now in the ICU with severe brain trauma.
There's a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
