
A sheriff's department patrol vehicle and another vehicle collided Tuesday in West Hollywood, authorities said.
The crash occurred at about 5:15 a.m. at Santa Monica and San Vicente boulevards, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The deputy driving the patrol vehicle the other driver were taken for hospital treatment in unknown condition, the LASD reported. Traffic was routed away from the area while an investigation was conducted into the circumstances of the crash.
