Rapper Lil Nas X was reportedly taken into custody Thursday by police who found him walking in Studio City with neither shirt nor pants, and acting strangely.
The rapper was taken to a hospital for possible treatment of a drug overdose, according to news reports.

Police were called around 4 a.m. Thursday because the 25-year-old "Old Town Road" singer was acting erratically on Ventura Boulevard, according to Fox11, which cited a TMZ report.
The tabloid news site reported it had viewed video of Lil Nas X barely dressed and acting weirdly, at one point putting an orange cone on his head like a jack-in-the-box. He reportedly was pointing at cars and repeating that he was headed to a party.
He was in the middle of the street when officers arrived, according to one report.
