LONG BEACH (CNS) - Police sought the public's help finding a 64-year- old man with a cognitive disorder last seen in Long Beach Tuesday.

Quentin Farrell Nelson was last spotted in the 5800 block of Paramount Avenue around 12:30 p.m., according to the Long Beach Police Department.

Detectives described Nelson as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. Police said Nelson suffers from a cognitive disorder and has no vehicle, cellphone or any other electronic device to track his location.
