LONG BEACH (CNS) - Authorities Thursday sought the public's help to find a 78-year-old man who went missing from Long Beach.
George Richard Steele was last seen about 11 p.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of Bellflower Boulevard driving a silver 2013 Buick Enclave, license number 7GAB225, the Long Beach Police Department reported.

"His destination is unknown," police said. "Steele suffers from mental conditions and may become disoriented."
Steele is described as white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a green long-sleeve T- shirt, blue jeans and white New Balance sneakers.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts was urged to call police at 562-570-7246, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS. Tipsters may also use the website www.lacrimestoppers.org.
