
A man has been arrested for allegedly starting the Line Fire in San Bernardino County.
Justin Wayne Halstenberg, 34, was arrested Tuesday and booked at Central Detention Center where he is being held on $80,000, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

Halstenberg was accused of starting the fire on Sept. 5 in the area of Baseline Road and Alpin Street in Highland.
As of Wednesday morning, the Line Fire has burned 34, 659 acres and is 14 % contained, according to Cal Fire.
