
SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (KNX) — The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department disclosed Saturday it had launched an investigation into social media reports of a man seen lingering in a car around schools and parks in the Saugus area.
The suspect was seen driving a white Lexus, according to the department.
Sheriff’s detectives have identified and contacted the unnamed suspect. No further details were available Saturday.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s department Santa Clarita Valley station has asked anyone with information about the suspect or alleged incidents to call (661) 287-5601. Tipsters wishing to remain anonymous may call the L.A. Regional Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-8477.
