
ANAHEIM (CNS) - Police Sunday continued investigating the death of a 38- year-old man who was shot and killed in a liquor store parking lot in an incident authorities believe was gang-related.
The victim was found around 7 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of South Anaheim Boulevard, according to the Anaheim Police Department.
The victim, identified as Jesse Barragan, was found unresponsive. He was suffering from at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
"Detectives believe the shooting was gang-related, and are not disclosing any additional details at this time because the investigation is ongoing," the department said.
No suspects have been reported.
