VALLEY VILLAGE (CNS) - A 47-year-old man who authorities say suffers from a heart condition was reported missing Tuesday after last being seen in Valley Village.
Thomas Vicente Noguera was last seen at 3 p.m. Monday on the 12200 block of Magnolia Boulevard near Laurel Canyon Boulevard, the Sheriff's Information Bureau said.

Noguera is Latino, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds, has black hair, hazel eyes and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a gray tank top with black and gray basketball shorts and authorities said he was driving a blue 2005 Chevy Silverado with California license plate 7W50087.
