Move over, late-night parties — there's a new kind of rave in town.
The Early Birdz Coffee Rave will be held at 1015 S. Central Ave. in Glendale on Sunday. The event starts at 9 a.m. and wraps up at 1 p.m.

Michael Kay, the event producer, told KNX News’ Nataly Tavidian that the event is “based around the idea of emulating the power of birds and their wake-up routine.”
“We have a DJ booth that's called ‘the nest’ that's done in a nest-inspired design,” he said. “We serve different types of caffeinated drinks, fresh fruit station. We do face painting for the kids, ice plunge, hot tubs. We have training sessions with local gyms, IVs, [and] B12 shots. It's a grand time.”
