
Police on Friday were seeking the public's help in identifying two drivers involved in a crash in Harbor City that left a 35-year- old motorcyclist dead.

The rider was heading east on Pacific Coast Highway near Western Avenue around 12:55 p.m. Thursday when a silver van headed west made a left turn in front of the bike, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The rider lost control and was struck by an older-model pickup truck that was traveling west on PCH.
Neither driver stopped.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name and place of residence was not immediately available.
Anyone with information about the fatal crash was urged to call the LAPD's South Traffic Division at 213-677-9791 to speak with the officer leading the investigation.
