Several mudslides in Studio City have washed out a section of Mulholland Drive Wednesday afternoon.
The road is closed in both directions from the Laurel Canyon side and the Coldwater Canyon side.
There's also concern for a home at the top of the hill where the slides seem to have started. Images from the location show a portion of the home hanging off the hill.
The earth under the road is also washed away, indicating repairs will take quite some time.
