Almost 300 pounds of meth were intercepted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents at LAX on Monday.
The drugs were disguised as solar panels, according to officials.
“The shipment, headed for New Zealand, was flagged based on prior intel and intercepted before export,” officials wrote on X. “We do this every day. These ‘criminal masterminds’ never stood a chance.”
