A 69-year-old non-verbal man who suffers from mental conditions was missing from Long Beach, authorities said Monday.
Brian Radeth Eng was last seen at 7:45 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of East 10th Street, near Orange Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

Eng understands English and Khmer, and was believed to be on foot and with his burgundy colored walker.
Eng is Asian, 5-feet-2 inches tall, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a dragon tattoo on his left bicep and a flower tattoo on his right forearm. He was wearing a blue shirt with gray pants when last seen.
