A person was killed Thursday by a Metrolink train in Boyle Heights.
Firefighters and paramedics dispatched at 9:31 a.m Thursday to two locations found no evidence of the crash near 1888 N. Baker St., yet were able to locate the deceased person and a Metrolink train carrying passengers near 742 N. Mission Road, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.

All persons on the train were assessed for injuries. There were no hospital transports.
