Julien’s Auctions will be auctioning more than 200 hundred pieces owned by the late Princess Diana on Thursday morning in Beverly Hills.

"Princess Diana's Elegance & A Royal Collection" features 200 pieces, including gowns, hats, shoes, and cards.

Martin Nolan with Julien’s Auctions told KNX News’ Karen Adams it’s a rare auction with highly collectible items.

“These items are works of art as well. They're considered an asset class because if you own some of these pieces, they are great conversation pieces,” he said. “But also they'll continue to appreciate in value when we consider the fact that Diana is the mother of the future King of England.”

The auction items are priced between $2,000 and $4,000.
