The pursuit began about 11 p.m. Sunday when California Highway Patrol officers attempted to pull over a vehicle for an outstanding warrant or "want" on the Hollywood Freeway near Woodman Avenue, CHP Officer Elizabeth Kravig told City News Service.

The driver failed to yield and the pursuit went southbound on the Hollywood Freeway, Kravig said.

The vehicle exited the freeway at Silver Lake Boulevard and stopped around Temple Street where up to three suspects were arrested, she said.

There were broadcast media reports that the vehicle's occupants tried to run before they were arrested.
