A python found slithering in an In-N-Out drive-thru in Monrovia is back with its owner.

Henny, the python, had been missing from her San Bernardino County home since August 11th, Sarie Hooker, the communications manager at the Pasadena Humane Society, told KNX News’ Karen Adams.

Then, on Monday night, the Pasadena Humane Society received a call.

“We got a call for a snake that was in an In-N-Out drive-thru in Monrovia, which is definitely a very interesting thing,” Hooker said. “So, one of our animal control officers was dispatched to the area, brought the snake safely back to us and ever since then, we've been looking for their family.”

Hooker said a family member of Henny’s owner saw the snake in the news, and on Wednesday, she came and got her beloved snake.

“We made sure it was the identical snake,” Hooker said. “She had photos. The snake was very reactive toward her picking her up, and yeah, they were reunited.”

One question remains - how did Henny get from San Bernardino County all the way to Monrovia and in good health?
