Investigators believe a masseuse suspected of sexual battery in Rancho Cucamonga may have additional victims.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Charles Russell, a certified masseuse, was arrested June 12 for allegedly touching a customer inappropriately during a massage at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa.
“Through further investigation, and based on information collected, deputies believe there may be additional victims,” the department said in a press release.
