LOS ANGELES (KNX) – A representative for “Vanderpump Rules" star Raquel Leviss said she and her family have contacted the FBI over “violent and graphic death threats” they’ve received following the star’s affair with cast member, Tom Sandoval.
Leviss’ rep told TMZ that some of the threats included tearing Leviss “limb to limb” and “unaliving” her.
A spokesperson for the FBI told the outlet that the “FBI neither confirms nor denies investigations. Obviously, we review all allegations reported to us and encourage anyone who believes their life is in imminent danger to call 911."
It was revealed in April that Leviss checked into a mental health facility, her rep telling E! News that “Raquel and her family decided months before the relationship was discovered, that she needed mental health treatment and ultimately decided she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling.”
In March it was reported Leviss and Sandoval were involved in a months-long affair a week after news broke that Sandoval and his girlfriend and fellow “Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix broke up after nine years together. Both Leviss and Sandoval issued apologies via social media.
Bravo is currently airing the “Vanderpump Rules” reunion episodes, in which the affair is addressed.
