Rep. Adam Schiff tests positive for COVID

BURBANK, Calif. (KNX) – Representative Adam Schiff (D-Burbank) announced he tested positive for COVD-19.

“This evening, I unfortunately tested positive for COVID-19,” the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee wrote on Tuesday. “I'm feeling fine, and grateful to be vaccinated and boosted. In the coming days, I will quarantine and follow CDC guidelines.”

He did not say where or how he contracted the virus.

Schiff, 61, has represented California’s 28th Congressional District since 2013.
