Police activity prompted closure on Santa Ana Freeway in DTLA

Both the northbound and southbound lanes of the Santa Ana Freeway reopened at Main Street in downtown Los Angeles after they were closed Friday morning due to police activity, according to California Highway Patrol Central L.A.

Traffic management told KNX News traffic reporter Souix-z Jessup that a woman was climbing the fence outside the main off-ramp.

City News Service reported the woman was taken into custody.

Just after 8 a.m., all lanes were reopened.
