Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department's South Traffic Division sought the public's help Monday to find the driver who struck and killed a 63-year-old pedestrian in South Angeles, then fled.
A witness reported a man injured in the roadway at the intersection of Avalon Boulevard and East 110th Street at around 3:10 a.m. Sunday, police said.
Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead, police said.
There is no suspect or vehicle information.
