LOS ANGELES (KNX) – Production on Star Trek: Picard shut down Monday following a COVID-19 outbreak on set, according to multiple sources.
It's alleged that more than 50 members of the production tested positive for the virus, The Hollywood Reporter said.
The outlet also reported that members in multiple zones, including zone A which is cast members.
It comes as several Hollywood events, including the Golden Globes and the Grammy's, have had to change course due to the rising COVID-19 numbers. The Golden Globes is set to go on without a red carpet or actors inside the building.
The Grammy's announced on Wednesday that the ceremony would be postponed.
