Less than 24 hours after crews painted the 2nd Street Tunnel in downtown Los Angeles, taggers came back to leave their mark.
KNX News’ Emily Valdez took a look inside and said there were a variety of murals, including one for Ozzy Osbourne, who died last week.
Nina, a resident in the area, told Valdez this happens every week.
“They paint it white and then all of a sudden the next morning it's just like this,” she said. “I think I kind of like it personally. “

Caesar, however, said he doesn’t know how he feels about it.
“Some of it it's kind of artistic, but some of it is just trash,” he said.
