TORRANCE, Calif. (KNX) – Torrance Police Department credited a drone for capturing a thief.
The department shared the video on Twitter, writing, “Another solid arrest with the help of our UAS Team! This suspect was caught attempting to strip copper from the rooftop of a local business. Our drone officers spotted him as he fled down the hatch.”
Police said the suspect surrendered to officers.
His identity has not been released publicly,
