The USC Trojans are heading to South Bend to face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish for what many fans consider the greatest intersectional rivalry in NCAA football.
These two iconic football programs will go head-to-head on Saturday at Notre Dame Stadium in a battle for the coveted Jeweled Shillelagh.

"This shillelagh will serve to symbolize in part the high tradition, the keen rivalry, and above all the sincere respect which these two great universities have for each other," the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Los Angeles said of the Jeweled Shillelagh when it was initially presented in 1952.
In their last 11 meetings, USC is 4-7 against the Irish and are currently in possession of the shillelagh thanks to last year's 27-38 win.
USC is heading into the weekend looking to keep their win streak intact after a thrilling 3OT 43-41 victory over the Arizona Wildcats during last week's Trojan Family Weekend game.
