West Hollywood to hold public hearing on renaming library after Ruth Bader Ginsburg

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (KNX) — The city of West Hollywood will hold a public meeting via teleconference on Wednesday to discuss options for renaming its branch of the Los Angeles County Public Library.

Officials are considering a nomination of the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, co-sponsored by Mayor Pro Tempore Sepi Shyne and Mayor Lauren Meister.

West Hollywood residents may voice their opinion before the Public Facilities Commission, which will oversee the renaming process, at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 12 via Zoom. The dial-in phone number is (669) 900-6833 and the meeting ID code is 835 9650 0029.
