Fish and Wildlife officials tranquilized a bear found in the backyard of a Pasadena house on Friday afternoon.
Police asked residents to avoid the 3200 block of Mataro Street as officials removed the bear.
The bear was sleeping in the backyard of a home after roaming the neighbor on Friday morning, according to KNX 1070 reporter Margaret Carrero.
