JURUPA VALLEY (CNS) - A 57-year-old woman was killed Friday while crossing a Jurupa Valley intersection.
Bonnie Leue of Jurupa Valley was fatally injured about 12:30 a.m. on southbound Van Buren Boulevard at Bellegrave Avenue, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

Sgt. Ronald Smith said Leue was struck in the intersection, though the exact circumstances were still under investigation.
The motorist, whose name was not released, was not hurt and immediately stopped.
Paramedics reached the location within 10 minutes and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The motorist was questioned but not arrested.
The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information was asked to contact the sheriff's Jurupa Valley station at 951-955-2600.
