LOS ANGELES (KNX) — A woman charged with three men in connection with the murder of Los Angeles police officer Fernando Arroyos earlier this month was ordered Tuesday to be held in jail without bail.

Haylee Marie Grisham, 18, did not enter a plea to allegations that she violated federal racketeering law stemming from the robbery and murder of Arroyos on Jan. 10.

Magistrate Judge Paul L. Abrams told the defense he did not believe Grisham would appear at future hearings if released, and that she posed an ongoing threat to the community.

Grisham’s co-defendants in the murder of the 27-year-old police officer include her alleged boyfriend, Luis Alfredo De La Rosa Rios, 29; Ernesto Cisneros, 22; and Jesse Contreras, 34. Investigators believed Arroyos was targeted for a chain he was wearing around his neck at the time he was shot.

The three men have been alleged to be members of the F13 gang.
