STUDIO CITY (CNS) - A woman was hospitalized Saturday after she was shot by a group of assailants who followed her home in Studio City.

The shooting was reported at 11:10 p.m Friday at 3944 Kentucky Drive and Lankershim Boulevard where she was approached by two suspects in a silver sedan. The suspects fired several shots at the woman before running away from the scene, an LAPD spokesman told City News Service.
The victim suffered a gunshot wound to her left leg and was taken to a hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics in stable condition, police said.
The suspects were described as Latino men, wearing black clothing and black masks.
