LOS ANGELES (1010 WINS) -- Betty White has died at 99, according to the star's agent and friend, Jeff Witjas.
"Betty has had a fantastic life and career and she was one of the most positive people I know. I would imagine she is now thrilled to be reunited with her (late husband) Allen Ludden," Witjas said in a statement to CBS News.
The "Golden Girls" actress' 100th birthday would have been Jan. 17.
White died at her home Friday morning, according to TMZ.

White's incredible career spanned several decades, dating back to the 1940s, and included roles on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show," "Hot In Cleveland" and much, much more.
White won five primetime Emmys and two daytime Emmys, and was even voted the most popular and trusted celeb back in 2011.
The actress died days after telling People that "it's amazing" to be nearing her centennial birthday.
"I'm so lucky to be in such good health and feel so good at this age," she told the outlet for a cover story.
White said she was "born a cockeyed optimist" and that's kept her happy over the years.
"I got it from my mom. I'm gonna stick with it," she said. Asked about her diet, she joked, "I try to avoid anything green. I think it's working."
Tributes to White poured in on social media from fans and fellow celebrities.
