If you have any extra sauce packets from Chick-fil-A lying around, you may want to check them as the closed-on Sunday restaurant chain has announced a recall.
The Atlanta-based fast-food chain announced on Wednesday that it was recalling its Polynesian sauce dipping cups over concerns it may contain an entirely different sauce.
Chick-fil-A shared that the sauce cups were given out at restaurant locations between Valentine’s Day and Wednesday, Feb. 28.
Customers with wheat and soy allergies should be aware of the sauce cups, as what’s inside may pose a health risk to them not usually present in Polynesian sauce, the company shared.
There have not been any reports of anyone having an allergic reaction due to the cups. Chick-fil-A is asking customers to be cautious and discard the cups they have from those dates.
