A son of beleaguered rapper, producer and businessman Diddy is accused by a woman of sexually assaulting and possibly drugging her aboard a yacht leased by Diddy in 2022.
Plaintiff Grace O'Marcaigh's Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit against Christian Combs alleges assault, battery, sexual assault, premises liability, aiding and abetting and both intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress. She seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages in the suit, which includes three color photos of bruises allegedly on her left forearm.
"Prior to being sexually assaulted by defendant Christian Combs, plaintiff planned to work the entirety of her career in hospitality and the yachting industry," the suit states. "Unfortunately, those plans have been derailed due to the trauma plaintiff continues to have as a result of the assault."

A representative for Combs, 26, could not be immediately reached for comment on the suit brought Thursday.
O'Marcaigh was a crew member and bartender on a yacht leased by Diddy and his family in December 2022, according to the lawsuit. One morning, Combs coerced the woman to consume tequila before sexually abusing her, and the drink may have been mixed with drugs, the suit states.
As a result of the alleged abuses, O'Marcaigh lost her employment and her longtime partner, according to the suit, which additionally states that her resulting anxiety and panic attacks prevented her from securing another position in the yachting industry in 2023.
