The balance between work and life is a fine line that people often have trouble walking.
A Grand Canyon University survey of 600 business people found that more than 50% of respondents reported working more than 40 hours a week. The survey also found that 63.3% reported working at least 5 hours on the weekend.
The results further proved that the days of the 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule are becoming rare and few, with people working longer hours and having less time for life.

Not getting enough sleep
A study from the journal Nature Aging discovered that, on average, getting seven to eight hours of sleep consistently was increasingly beneficial to the over 500,000 participants in the research.
Along with ensuring you are rested for your health, getting enough sleep also matters for job performance. Sacrificing sleep for work could end in catastrophe for both.
