Coming across a wild animal anywhere outside of the zoo can be a stressful situation. A suburban dad recently learned that the hard way when a bobcat attempted a surprise attack on his family. Luckily, he went into dad mode, and saved his family from the animal attack.

As seen in the now viral clip, the father is walking out to his car, holding a tray of brownies, when all of a sudden a bobcat scream is heard.
According to Brobible, the man quickly jumps into action, grabbing the bobcat and tossing him about 15-feet away in his yard. When the bobcat gets back up, and sprints towards the car, the father can be heard yelling, “I’m going to f****** shoot it!”
Many online were amazed by his heroic act, with some nominating the man for father of the year.
Thankfully, no one was injured, but according to a comment on Twitter, the bobcat was shot by the dad, and it was determined that it was rabid.
