NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The Queens woman who was pinned between two parked cars on Mother's Day as her daughter watched in horror has died, her family confirmed to The New York Post.
Florence Ngwu was taken to Jamaica Hospital in critical condition but died early Monday after her heart stopped beating, according to her niece.
"We're all just devastated," said the 29-year-old niece, who was identified as Nnenna B. She told the outlet the family was in "shock, grief — everything seems surreal."
The hit-and-run, which was obtained on Sunday by The Post, happened around 8:30 a.m. at 167th Street and 120th Avenue in South Jamaica as a stolen dump truck trapped the 49-year-old between two vehicles while making a u-turn.

Ngwu's daughter can be heard screaming “Mommy! Mommy!” as the stolen truck speeds away from the scene.
Just before the collision, the victim and other bystanders were attempting to stop the truck from continuously hitting parked cars.
“Oh my God this car’s hitting all these cars, bro,” the man who filmed the scene said in the video.
Police were searching by air and land for the F-550 truck with the words "Parwar Builders" on its door which had been reported stolen two hours before the incident, sources told the Post. It was later found about a mile and a half away at 108th Avenue and 164th Place.
Her niece called the truck driver — who is still being sought — "just so inhumane."
Police confirmed to the Post on Monday that there had been no arrests.
