Nashville Police say they have recovered body of Riley Strain; no foul play found

Metro Nashville Police Department say they have recovered the body of missing 22-year-old Mizzou Student Riley Strain.

Metro Nashville Police Department say the body of Strain was recovered from the Cumberland River in West Nashville Friday morning, approximately eight miles from downtown.

Police say no foul play-related trauma was observed. An autopsy is pending.

Strain, was on a trip to Nashville with his fraternity Delta Chi when he disappeared on March 8. Nashville Police say he was last seen by friends drinking at a downtown bar around 10 p.m.
