Scientists at Georgia State University say they might have the answer to the annual flu shot. They've come up with a nose spray vaccine and they claim it can protect you against every strain of the flu.

So, you'd need only one hit of the mist and you're protected. They also say it could be adapted to fight COVID-19 and its variants.

The scientists say the mist can boost your immune system because it targets the RNA that lives on flu viruses. They also point out that a nasal mist goes straight to the area where the flu would enter the body as opposed to shots that go into muscles.
