KINGSVILLE, Texas (KNX) — While many toddlers enjoy playing games or watching videos on their parent’s phones, one Texas toddler had another idea.
Kelsey Golden saw her 2-year-old son, Barrett, with her phone and assumed he was taking photos.
Then she got a notification from DoorDash that her order was going to take a while.
She didn’t order anything, but her son did. 31 McDonald’s cheeseburgers to be exact.
"I thought I'd locked the phone, but apparently I didn't because then DoorDash came with 31 cheeseburgers," Golden explained.
While Barett only ate half a cheeseburger, Golden decided to spread the wealth.
“I have 31 free cheeseburgers from McDonald’s if anyone is interested. Apparently my 2 yr old knows how to order doordash,” she wrote on Facebook.
The order came out to $61.58; however, the toddler tipped the DoorDasher a generous $16, according to KRIS TV.
For a total cost of $91.70, Golden got a story to tell and a reminder to lock the DoorDash app on her phone.
