LOS ANGELES (KCBS-FM) — With so many reboots being made over the last few years, some fans have become tired of watching shows they once loved return to their screens.

However, back in 2019 a fan of ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ decided to make a parody trailer for a dramatized version of the show that fans demanded become real.

Now, with that show only a month away from airing, Peacock has unveiled the first trailer for ‘Bel-Air.’

Ever since it was first announced that the 2019 reimagining of ‘The Fresh Prince’ would be turned into a television series, fans of the original series have wondered what to expect from the modern day Banks family.

Now, they are getting their first glimpse of the darker version of the show. As seen in the trailer, all the main characters from the original series return, with new actors playing dramatic versions of each.

“You know the Banks family, but not like this,” Peacock said in a tweet teasing the series.

The new series, titled "Bel-Air." is expected to begin streaming on Peacock on Feb. 13, according to Bro Bible.
