Former President Donald Trump plans to file a lawsuit against the CEOs of Facebook and Twitter contesting their decisions to ban him from their platforms, according to a new report.
Trump is expected to unveil the suits at an 11 a.m. news conference at the Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey, Axios reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg banned Trump from the platform for two years following the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol building in Washington, D.C. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, meanwhile, has permanently banned the former president from his platform.
